September 2020 has been a month to forget

for I was not there

for I forgot to live

for I wasted my time

for I was not loved

Summer 2020 was comme-ci comme ca

for the virus spreading

for the friends living

for the new friends made

for the fire in my brain

Spring 2020 I cannot remember

for I lived like a ghost

for I was a vampired zombie

for the longings

and

the regrets, the sorrows

Winter 2020 was wet, rainy and forgettable

for Christmas never came

for too many deaths

for the family ties

for the sun in the sky
